Join GSRS and Yogi Dre for a six-week studio experience that reintroduces your body to mindful movement, mobility, and balance. Designed for beginners and returning movers, this program offers a welcoming path back into yoga and physical wellness—without pressure, poses that feel inaccessible, or overcrowded drop-ins.

What to Expect

Each week, you'll explore a different focus area—from hips and spine to posture, breath, and nervous system regulation. Yogi Dre blends gentle yoga, functional movement, and recovery techniques in a series that helps you move better and feel stronger, session by session.

  • Small group studio setting (12–15 participants)

  • Weekly mobility themes and movement education

  • Mats, props, and recovery tools provided

  • Optional take-home guides and playlists

  • Built for all levels—especially those returning after time away

 

Program Schedule

6 sessions total | Indoor Studio | 45-50 minutes each

  1. Root & Rise – Core activation, grounding, and breath

  2. Open & Align – Hip release and lower-back mobility

  3. Length & Lift – Posture, shoulder openers, and spinal flow

  4. Strong Steps – Balance, fascia work, and lower body power

  5. Connect & Control – Full-body functional mobility

  6. Restore & Reboot – Deep recovery and guided reset
