This Code of Conduct outlines the principles and standards of behavior that we expect from all participants, including players, coaches, officials, and spectators.

Core Values

1. Respect: Treat all participants with dignity and respect. Embrace diversity and celebrate individual differences.

2. Fair Play: Play by the rules, and promote fair competition. Strive for excellence while maintaining sportsmanship and integrity.

3. Inclusivity: Foster an environment where everyone feels welcome and included, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or ability.

4. Teamwork: Value the contributions of teammates, coaches, and officials. Work collaboratively to achieve common goals.

5. Safety: Prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants. Follow established safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions promptly.

Player Responsibilities

1. Fair Competition: Compete with skill, passion, and fairness. Respect opponents and teammates alike.

2. Sportsmanship: Display good sportsmanship at all times, win or lose. Shake hands with opponents and thank officials after each game.

3. Personal Conduct: Behave in a manner that reflects positively on yourself and the organization. Avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

 

Coach Responsibilities

1. Positive Role Modeling: Serve as a positive role model for players. Demonstrate respect, fair play, and good sportsmanship.

2. Player Development: Prioritize the development of players' skills, character, and teamwork over winning at all costs.

3. Inclusive Environment: Create an inclusive and supportive environment where all players feel valued and encouraged.

 

Spectator Guidelines

1. Respect Boundaries: Respect the boundaries of the playing field and the decisions of officials. Refrain from disruptive behavior.

2. Positive Support: Cheer for your team in a positive and supportive manner. Avoid negative comments or actions toward players, coaches, or officials.

3. Inclusive Atmosphere: Help create an inclusive atmosphere by welcoming fans of all backgrounds.

 

Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to the appropriate authority within the organization. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
